Weather you buy a "KIT", a chain or any part from Supersprox we guarantee
our products to be free from any manufacturing Defects, such as machining
faults or other defects that would render the parts unusable or
unsatisfactory. This guarantee is part of the standard 2 year guarantee
offered under European law and applicable for any purchase inside the
European Union. The 2 year guarantee excludes normal wear as the products
sold by Supersprox are for motorcycle drive trains and are expected to wear
out after some period of use. The Lifetime guarantee offered by Supersprox
on some of the products is restricted to purchases in USA and Canada and is
not offered within the European Union.
Supersprox products are suitable to fit on any bike Mentioned in our web
site. Providing that the bike has not been modified to provide more power or
torque than it was originally designed to produce.
If you buy a Supersprox product and you feel that it is in some way
defective, please take it back to your dealer (if you purchased the product
from a dealer) or send it back to the address on the invoice (if you
purchased the product through our e-shop system). We will respond to your
complaint as quickly as possible, with the goal of providing the a correct
replacement part.
If you feel your issue is of a less significant nature, please e-mail us and
we will try to assist you without the need to return the goods.
