Delivery policy
All orders are shipped as quickly as possible: usually within 10 days. No shipping on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed after 11.00am on Friday, may not leave until Monday. No shipping during national holidays. You will be notified if your order will be delayed from shipping for any other reason. All orders are shipped from ?owicz, Poland. We currently ship via GLS, DPD and Polish Post (EMS and registered parcel) to more than 200 countries and teritories worldwide. The tracking ID option is not available for Poczta/Paczka service. The carrier can be specified during the checkout process. Delivery times shown are approximate business days from expedition to delivery. Please allow extra time usual for delivery outside your country mainland. Shipping to street addresses only. No PO Boxes, please.

Return policy
Unused items in saleable condition purchased from our web store may be returned within 30 days of purchase for credit to the card on which they were originally purchased. Returned goods will only be accepted with prior authorization. An authorization must be obtained within 7 days of receiving the goods. No returns accepted after 30 days. All returns from incorrect ordering will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Parts being returned from incorrect shipments on Supersprox behalf will have the freight credited.

In the case that Supersprox ships the wrong part to a client, we will take the following action to resolve the situation:

  1. After agreement with Supersprox that wrong parts have been dispatched through Supersprox error, a replacement part may be shipped immediatelly, this replacement part will be charged in full including shipping.
  2. When the wrong part is received back in our warehouse, and we verify that it is still in unused and saleable condition, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect part and shipping of the correct part. We will also refund a reasonable ground shipping costs incurred by sending the incorrect part back.

No returns will be made on products that have been used, unless they are deemed for warranty. Please send us your request for return using our contact form.

Privacy policy
Basicaly, we never divulge any contact or sensitive information to any third party. Your payment details like credit card numbers are sent over an SSL secure connection to the payment gateway. Shall you choose providing your card details to us directly, the data will be sent by an AES-256 encrypted e-mail which is the industry and government-recognized standard for sensitive data communication and storage. Unless you tick the [x] keep me informed box, you will not hear from us by e-mail for other reasons than those related to your orders. If you have received any communication from us you believe was unsolicited by our mistake, please let us know using our Contact Us form so we can rectify such situation quickly.

Payments
All orders must be paid in full before products can be shipped. We accept: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal. We currenly use PayPal Website Payments Pro gateway to accept cards.

STANDARD GUARANTEE
All sprockets are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Because we cannot control the application of our sprockets, buyer assumes risks for any and all damage caused to themselves and others due to any failures. No warranty, expressed or implied is made. Sprockets are designed and manufactured to be used specifically on the models listed in our catalog. Clearances must be checked before ordering different sized sprockets than originally came on the machine. Chains are guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturer’s own terms of warranty. All products leave our warehouses in good condition, therefore if you receive an item that is not in good condition it should be immediately reported to the carrier.

Minimum Published Price Policy
We in Supersprox value our products and price them accordingly. With the prices being as low as they are and still giving dealers a reasonable rebate we have a minimum published price policy. Supersprox set minimum published prices and make them public at e-shop /eshop as offered retail prices. Dealers express their wish to keep their status and rebate also by following these minimum published prices while advertising the products in any media including internet websites accessible to the public. Shall the dealer publish the products for prices lower than the minimum published prices, the manufacturer is entitled to lower or cancel the rebate for this dealer and possibly reject orders from this dealer.This does not in any way direct or indirect set minimum selling prices. Only published prices are affected. The objective of this measure is to ensure a better distribution of products and smooth delivery of high quality goods with extended life to end customers.

OPTIONAL “LIFE TIME GUARANTEE”
This guarantee only covers kit sales, where an RK sealed link chain is purchased with the sprocket, or for individual sprockets purchased through our e-shop with the guarantee option and used in conjunction with RK or DID “sealed link” chains. Sprockets used with other brands of chain are not covered. When the sprocket or kit is fitted, there should also be fitted a new front (counter shaft) sprocket and a new RK or DID sealed link chain.

How to claim against “LIFE TIME GUARENTEE # 8372-193-2007/8”
Should your sprocket become worn out during use, the worn sprocket must be returned to our claims department with the original receipt for the sprockets and the chain. If the rear sprocket was purchased alone, a copy receipt for the chain and front sprocket from the provider must also be provided. The receipt should show that the chain and front sprockets were purchased within 20 days of the rear sprocket. Please keep your receipt in a safe place. You can find our address in the contact us section of the web site www.supersprox.com. We will replace your worn out sprocket with a new one free of charge. A replacement sprocket will be shipped to you within 14 days of the receipt of your worn out sprocket. We will only replace like for like and the replacement sprocket must be for the same bike, with the same tooth number as the one sold under the guarantee. You will be charged postage and packaging for the replacement at a flat rate of EUR 14.95.
